About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bistro Waiter/Bartender to join our team at the Roxburgh Park Hotel in Coolaroo, VIC,3048. As a casual member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our bistro and bar areas.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating customers,

Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks

Ensuring a clean and well-stocked bar area

Clearing Tables , wiping tables getting ready for next service.

Providing friendly, efficient and attentive service to all customers

Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a waiter, bartender or in a similar hospitality role

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure

Good knowledge of food and beverage products

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
