Main responsibilities include:
• Assess damaged vehicles and adjust repair quotations to ensure accuracy.
• Determine market values for vehicles, including commercial and caravan types.
• Prepare clear and timely client reports and system updates.
• Respond to queries from clients, insurers, and third parties professionally.
• Work with product replacement providers and allocate cases to appropriate assessors.
• Maintain accurate records in the claims management and assessing systems.
• Support claims processes by retrieving and managing files as needed.

The ideal candidate:
• Proven experience in motor vehicle assessing and motor claims, although not required
• Trade qualification in automotive repair (required).
• Understanding of repair procedures for a variety of vehicle types.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with claims and workflow systems.
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems.
• A customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented approach.
