About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team at BOND RADIOLOGY in Leongatha, Victoria. This full-time position is integral in bridging the gap between our radiology services and the local medical community. As the Medical Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with general practitioners, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient referrals and streamlined communication.

What you'll be doing

Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with general practitioners, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in the local area

Providing tailored education and training to healthcare providers on the latest radiology services and techniques offered by BOND RADIOLOGY

Coordinating and facilitating regular meetings and events to promote collaboration and information sharing between BOND RADIOLOGY and the medical community

Addressing any queries or concerns from healthcare providers and acting as the primary point of contact for all radiology-related inquiries

Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase awareness and utilization of BOND RADIOLOGY's services

Continuously monitoring industry trends and best practices to ensure BOND RADIOLOGY remains at the forefront of medical imaging technology and service delivery

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualifications in a healthcare or related field, such as nursing, allied health, or medical imaging

Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role within the healthcare industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with healthcare professionals at all levels

Strong understanding of the local medical community and the challenges faced by general practitioners and specialists

Proven track record of building and maintaining successful, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and find innovative solutions

Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centred care
