The Opportunity
In the role of Senior Advisor (Property) in the Direct Sunshine Coast Rail (DSC) project team, you will support the Manager, Property during corridor protection and proceeding property acquisition and resumption activities for the DSC project. This includes identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and developing and managing a program of works to ensure that all required property is available prior to construction of the project.

As a technical expert on land transactions, you will oversee daily operations/tasks within the property team, including overseeing the development of material to support property activities, keeping of registers and databases and attending meetings with key stakeholders and property owners where required.

You will display behaviours and attitudes aligned with TMR's values and contribute to a positive team culture, meet team and personal accountability expectations, and model standards of professional behaviour.
