The opportunity
Are you an expert in town planning with a passion for shaping the future of infrastructure for public healthcare? NSW Health Infrastructure invites you to join our dynamic town planning team as a Senior Advisor, Town Planning. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert guidance on statutory and strategic town planning across our extensive portfolio of capital projects, programs, and precincts.
As a Senior Advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure in NSW. Your contributions will help our project teams deliver well-designed, sustainable and modern health facilities for communities across NSW.
Your efforts will ensure that planning and environmental services, as well as regulatory processes, are compliant with statutory requirements, managed effectively, and delivered efficiently to support the successful delivery of HI's projects and programs.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing business improvement initiatives and driving engagement with key stakeholders to achieve organisational priorities. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining a focus on excellence, you will play a crucial role in advancing the objectives of NSW Health Infrastructure.

This is a full time ongoing role.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
