The Role

Reporting Directly to our Sales Manager We are seeking a Sales Cadet to hunt for new sales opportunities and manage existing relationships. You will learn about the industry, our customers and the technical specifications and applications of each Fuso and Hino model in order to make the best recommendation to suit our clients requirement.

Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet: Welcome customers upon their arrival at the dealership.
• Enquiries: Handle enquiries and leads.
• Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle.
• Customer Consultation: Provide in-depth information and alternatives for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Relationship Building: Maintain positive customer relations to secure repeat business.
• The Truck build: Pickup and deliver trucks to external vendors as required during the build process.

Skills & Experience

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong Work Ethic & Positive Attitude: A commitment to excellence and a proactive mindset.
• Current Driver's License: Mandatory for the role with HR Class.
• Industry Acumen: Prior experience in the motor industry is a significant advantage.
• Organisational Skills: Proficiency in multitasking without compromising on quality.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with industry-specific software and office365 is essential.
