The Role:
Our client is now seeking a HSE Manager to take ownership of safety across their major new build apartment developments on the Gold Coast.
Your first project will be a $350mil multi-residential apartment tower in Broadbeach.

This is a hands-on role, with your time split between the office and active construction sites. With multiple projects typically running at once, you’ll be working closely with an existing junior Safety Advisor - providing mentorship and guidance while ensuring safety processes are consistently applied across the business.

You’ll have full responsibility for HSE matters, including conducting audits, reviewing and updating documentation, and identifying areas for improvement. The business values autonomy and is fully supportive of someone who can confidently drive change and enhance existing systems.
