Dental Hygienist / Oral Health Therapist – Join Our Boutique Practice in Bundoora

We are a boutique dental practice located in Bundoora, proudly serving our community for over 14 years. Our medium-sized, modern practice currently operates with five dental chairs. We embrace digital dentistry, with two intraoral scanners and on-site OPG/CBCT capabilities to enhance precision and efficiency.

At Plenty Smiles, we prioritise quality over quantity. Our patient-focused approach ensures appointments are never rushed — with each provider seeing 8–10 patients per day. Our strong hygiene program, led by two dedicated hygienists, supports long-term preventive care using the latest Airflow Prophylaxis system. We allocate 50 minutes for regular hygiene appointments and 60 minutes for new patients, ensuring every patient receives thorough, attentive care.

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist who is:

Experienced (minimum 2–3 years in private practice)

Registered to practise in Australia

Compassionate and patient-focused

Skilled in charting, record keeping, and digital radiography

Confident in supporting the dentist with diagnostic discussions

Compliant with infection control protocols

Passionate about educating patients on oral health

Organised, reliable, and professional

Able to work independently and within a team

Position Details:

4 days per week (9–10 hour shifts)

No weekends
