We're looking for an experienced Payroll Officer with strong knowledge of Employment Hero to join a close-knit team of three, reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for 500 employees across multiple Australian and New Zealand entities.
• Support the smooth integration of two new entities into the existing payroll structure.
• Maintain accurate employee data and respond to payroll-related queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure payroll compliance with both Australian and New Zealand legislation.
• Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to ensure alignment and data integrity.

Your profile:

• Proven payroll experience across multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on experience with Employment Hero.
• Knowledge of both AU and NZ payroll processes.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
