H&j Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced FULL-TIME COOK to join Mr.H Cafe and Bar in Balmain, Sydney

About the Role: The successful candidate will work across two distinct service styles.

Mr.H cafe and Bar serve a refined Australian cafe menu, complemented by weekly specials featuring a Asian twist. Our kitchen producing a selection of house-mad dessert that reflect both traditional and contemporary influences.

On weekend evening , Mr.H is planing to transform into a vibrant dining destination offering Korean fusion cuisine, where innovative flavors and elegant presentation come together in a modern relaxed setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Preparation, execution of dishes to consistently high standard

Contribute to menu development and innovation

Assist in managing stock,inventory and supplier relations

Requirement:

Minimum 4years of experience as a cook
(including more than 2years of Asian cuisine experienes)

Strong knowledge and experience of modern western cuisine

Dessert or Korean cuisine experience is advantageous.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Commitment to excellence , reliability and teamwork
