Heavy Vehicle Mechanic

• New Service Centre located in Somerton
• Monday to Friday, 8am till 406pm, overtime available

The Company
Our client is a world leading truck manufacturer and they offer state of the art truck sales, servicing and repairs on a range of vehicles. At their new premises, they offer a professional high quality service which ensures all vehicles are maintained to the highest of standards and customer satisfaction. They provide in house training and development and believe OH&S is paramount.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

• Maintain, service and repair heavy vehicles as per the repair order
• Diagnose/fault-find break downs
• Perform inspections and assessments on vehicles and complete relevant documentation

To be successful, you will need to have:

• A Diesel Mechanic qualification
• Light vehicle mechanic with HV experience welcome to apply
• Previous scan tool experience is an added advantage
• Be able to provide own basic tools
• Current HR-HC licence advantageous
• Able to work autonomously and independently

Up to $45 per hour based on experience
