We are a progressive CPA Accounting Firm located in the Hampton, Richmond and Mornington areas. We are a BCorp organisation and environmentally focused. We work in open office floor plans with no closed offices. We are technology focussed and heavily involved in building great culture. Working at different locations is available as well as working from home. We are a Xero Australia Accounting Partner of the year and known in the marketplace for promoting brilliant working culture and changing the accounting environment focusing on advisory services. We are currently after an efficient self-motivator to join our growing administration team based from our Hampton office. The position is full time, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
The ideal candidate should:
have at least four years experience in a similar role
be well spoken and professionally presented
be able to work in a team environment
Have some experience working in professional services
have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
have strong attention to detail
be able to work to tight time frames
be enthusiastic, pro-active and self-motivated
We are a Xero practice. Some experience with Xero is desirable but not essential.
The duties & responsibilities of this role include:
answering telephone calls
on boarding and setting up new clients
Reviewing ASIC annual reviews
Overseeing lodgement program
manage workflow
packaging client financial packages
preparation of client letters and correspondence
following up client queries
liaising with the ATO
diary and meeting rooms management
incoming & outgoing mail
general office tasks
assisting team members as needed
