The Role:
This company seeks a brilliant inbound Supply Chain Officer to join their Brisbane team in their corporate head office. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in approving invoices and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of inbound goods across multiple sites. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Approving and checking invoices
• Liaising with different stakeholders along the supply chain
• Assist with the identification and labelling of stock
• Organise and maintain documentation related to purchase orders

Your Profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong ability to independently problem-solve on the fly
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Arrowtail software will be helpful
