About The Role
- Full-time (37.5hrs) role 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mon - Fri.
- Contacting and responding to customers regarding any queries. Providing them with knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability via phone and email.
- Create quotes, manage orders from purchase to fulfilment and process returns.
- Maintaining customer records - filing and updating where necessary.
- Work alongside existing Customer Service staff.
- Liaising with our Design, Marketing, Accounts, Printing and Dispatch teams.
Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in Customer Service or other relevant customer service administration based roles.
- Demonstrated skills in writing and professional communication are vital.
- Ready to learn - we offer an extensive range of products/solutions.
- Creative problem solver who thrives on providing a positive customer experience.
- Able to work in a changing work environment - fast-moving periods and slower periods.
- Ready to embrace new technology - the role uses HubSpot CRM, CS-Cart and other Awards Plus® systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate in a team is desired as the role requires constant clear communication with all team members.
- An understanding of the education sector and/or the printing industry is a bonus as this role works directly with school staff and representatives and alongside printing technology.
