About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Electrician - QA & Compliance to service residential clients (private and property managers) and commercial clients (strata managers, facility managers, and government) on Sydney’s North Shore (80% of work), with the other 20% across the Northern Beaches, CBD, East, Inner West, and West.

Your responsibilities will include:

Technical support for technicians – They will call on you when they need advice.

Technician compliance & quality assurance – Weekly spot checks & reviews with technicians to drive exceptional standards.

Service work (80%) with occasional project work (20%), including:

General electrical maintenance & repairs.

Fault finding & troubleshooting.

Lighting & switchboard upgrades.

Appliance installations.

Electric vehicle infrastructure projects.

Planned maintenance tasks (e.g., thermographic scanning, RCD testing).

What We're Looking For:

Trade-qualified electrician with 10+ years’ service experience in residential & commercial work.

Current driver’s licence, white card & strong knowledge of Australian Standards & Compliance.

Experience using job management software with high attention to detail (bonus points if you’re familiar with simPRO).

Exceptional communication skills.

Leadership/management experience.

Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work independently.

Proactive, positive, friendly, and helpful personality.
