About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Technician with experience across split systems, ducted systems, and VRF/VRV applications. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, follow job scopes without handholding, and consistently deliver quality outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance across a wide range of systems, working both solo and alongside our electrical and mechanical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and commission split, ducted, and VRF/VRV systems

Diagnose and repair faults in AC systems (wall splits, cassettes, ducted, multi-head)

Work autonomously from job sheets and plans

Maintain job records and compliance documentation

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

Represent Leading Energy with professionalism onsite

Skills & Experience

Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)

ARCtick licence (essential)

Strong experience with residential and light commercial installs

Confident working with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, etc.

VRF and multi-head experience

White Card (Construction Induction)

Driver’s licence

Strong fault-finding and commissioning capability

Professional presentation and client-facing skills
