About the role

Giannopoulos Transport is seeking an experienced Heavy Combination (HC) Driver to join our growing team in Wingfield, SA. As an HC Driver, you will play a vital role in our road transport operations, safely and efficiently delivering goods across South Australia. This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration and benefits.

What you'll be doing

Operate heavy combination vehicles, such as semi-trailers , tippers and walk-in floors to transport goods and materials

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness and safety

Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, taking into account traffic conditions, weather, and customer requirements

Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations

Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and dispatch

Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles as required

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance

What we're looking for

Current Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

Minimum 2 years' experience driving heavy combination vehicles

Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safety practices

Excellent driving skills and ability to manoeuvre large vehicles

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Reliable, responsible, and committed to safe work practices

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
