What We’re Looking For:

A confident, reliable individual who can lead and run their own job site

Strong ability to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly

A commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every job

Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, can-do attitude

Excellent communication skills with clients, trades, and team members

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and handle challenges confidently

Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and project documentation

About You – What You’ll Need to Succeed:

🛠️ Trade-qualified carpenter with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential construction

🧱 Proven experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory role, or a strong willingness to learn and grow quickly into one

📏 Excellent understanding of construction methods, standards, and site procedures

💬 Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to keep jobs on track

👷‍♂️ Able to work independently and manage small teams with confidence

✅ Must have a White Card, valid driver’s licence, and Carpentry Licence

🧠 Leadership qualities, strong work ethic, and a high level of reliability

✨ Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality workmanship

💪 Physically fit and ready to take on a hands-on role
