What will you be doing?
This is not a sales based role and you will be required to consistently source candidates for high volume temporary assignments in the manufacturing industry.

As a Candidate Manager in our Manufacturing team, you will:

• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Reference checking and compliance
• New role confirmation and placement.
• Post placements follow up

• Manage the full recruitment sourcing processes:
• You will develop and maintain candidate pools across several manufacturing industry spaces such as the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Civil and warehousing and logistics fields
• You will maintain consistently candidate pools for immediate client needs at short notice (24 hour turnaround times to fill open orders)
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passionate team.

What do you need?

• Experience in delivering the full candidate management lifecycle (Manufacturing or FMCG / Logistics recruitment experience is a plus).
• A Passion for supporting our candidates throughout pre and post placement
• High level of customer service and relationship management skills.
• Team and customer-centric approach to work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do!
