About the Role:

Are you a seasoned Recruitment or Sales Professional looking to contribute to a dynamic and expanding team? Prime Recruitment is seeking driven and results-oriented multifaceted leader to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role encompasses strategic talent acquisition, team management, client relationship management, and new business and sales development.

About the Role:

Manage a small team and work with other divisions to drive operational excellence

Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Negotiate rates and terms for mutually beneficial outcomes

Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with our sales team - Our database spans over 20 years.

Screen, select, interview, and reference check candidates

Manage and update the recruitment database

Jump headfirst into placing roles from day 1 for our fantastic clients

Build a desk and then build your team

Required Qualifications:

Recruitment experience in Blue / Professional / Government / Hospitality / Retail / Sales

Professional communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation

Willingness to call and develop clients

Team player with a collaborative mindset

Ability to manage candidate screening and databases effectively

Job Adder experience is a bonus (training provided)
