Ability In Movement is a client-centred exercise physiology clinic based in Margate, QLD. Whether it’s one-on-one rehab, ONERO classes, or outdoor therapy in our dedicated space, our goal is to help people move better and live stronger.

The Role
We're seeking a passionate and capable Exercise Physiologist to join on a casual basis (approx. 10–15 hours per week), with room to grow. You’ll work independently and alongside our Principal EP, delivering services from our clinic and in the community.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering evidence-based exercise physiology services to a diverse caseload (NDIS, private, EPC, ONERO group classes, paediatrics)

Completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress

Performing home visits within the Redcliffe area (as appropriate)

Collaborating with clients, carers, and other health professionals

Opportunity to tailor caseload to your clinical interests

What You’ll Need:

Current ESSA Exericse Physiology Accreditation

Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance ($20 million)

Current First Aid & CPR

Blue Card + NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)

Current driver’s licence

QLD Police Check

Experience working independently and with NDIS participants (preferred)
