Project Administrator

Geographe Underground Services is a long-standing utility contractor specialising in Directional Drilling, Trenching, Electrical, Communications and Overhead services.

Geographe Underground Services (GUS) are seeking the services of a full time Project Administrator.

With our Head Office based in Bunbury, and a Metro Depot in Landsdale, we service the South West, Perth Metro, Eastern and Northern corridors of Western Australia. This role is predominantly working with our Perth operations, but may be required to travel from time to time.

Responsibilities

Support to the project managers including Administration and Data entry

Materials ordering and procurement;

Communication with the customer and other stakeholders (via email, phone and in person);

Booking travel and Accommodation for workers;

Raising purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers;

Setting up new job packs for work crews;

Administration for project lifecycle (including correspondence to relevant stakeholders via email and phone)

Training management, including maintaining a training register and organising courses as required;

Adherence to all safety policies and procedures in accordance with Energy Safety, Western Power and internal Company Policy;

Attention to detail and the ability to operate under pressure within a team to deliver projects;

Show high regard for personal safety and the safety of work crews.

Highly Regarded Skills

Project Support experience (desirable);

Microsoft Office Suite Experience (essential)

Current valid Driver's License (essential);

Site attendance - 5%
