About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable landscaper who is confident working independently and has the ability to lead or supervise others when required. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and eager to grow with the business. There is also an opportunity to learn and operate machinery such as excavators and skid steers if you’re not already experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute landscape construction tasks from start to finish

Read and follow plans and instructions with minimal supervision

Manage on-site workflow and delegate tasks as needed

Liaise with clients and team members professionally

Maintain a clean, safe, and productive job site

Operate or learn to operate machinery and power tools
