The Role:
Joining a high consistent performing Director and Co-Agent with a powerful results driven approach, this is a record breaking Agent regarded for their highly regarded training and industry skills. This is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication and of course, results, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the management of up to 10 plus property campaigns at any one time
• Customer care and liaison Buyers
• Handling all potential Buyer enquiries and managing Buyers
• Attending marketing appraisals
• Open Homes
• Private Buyer appointments
• Email, appointment and diary management
• Buyer call backs following open homes
• Setting up & collecting signboards
• Database prospecting, development and maintenance
• Attending weekly sales meetings & training
• General administration duties

The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• The desire to learn and success
• Extremely organised!
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
