The Role
As Showroom Sales Manager, you'll lead from the front — motivating your team, driving performance, and ensuring the customer experience is nothing short of exceptional. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine coaching, strategy, and sales expertise to deliver strong results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coaching your team with impactful training sessions to stay sharp and motivated
- Working with the marketing team to bring exciting in-store campaigns to life
- Leading your team to smash sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Managing store-level financials and sales reporting
- Presenting results and insights in regular management meetings
- Keeping up to date with products and trends through ongoing training
About You
You're an energetic, driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You bring out the best in people and know how to excite both your team and your customers. Ideally, you have experience in the home improvement or luxury goods sectors and a strong grasp of the B2C sales cycle.
- A natural leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams (minimum 4 years)
- Passionate about retail and driven by targets
- Strong closer with deep knowledge of sales processes
- High energy, hands-on, and customer-focused
- A learner’s mindset – coachable and eager to develop
- Able to handle pressure and deadlines with confidence
- Creative, outgoing, and self-motivated
