About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Kitchen Showroom Manager/Consultant who is driven, customer-focused, and goal-oriented to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the kitchen industry and skilled at providing exceptional customer service while meeting key performance indicators. As a Showroom Manager, the candidate will oversee the showroom's daily operations, manage customer interactions and ensure the showroom runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a personalised customer experience, guiding customers through product choices and design options to help create their dream kitchens.

Build strong relationships with new and returning customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining showroom displays.

Supervise and lead the showroom staff, providing coaching, training, and motivation to ensure high performance.

• Drive showroom sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs while supporting the team in meeting collective goals.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in showroom management or as a sales consultant, preferably within the kitchen or home improvement industry.

Strong understanding of KPIs, sales targets, and the ability to work towards achieving them and earn commission.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

In-depth knowledge of kitchen design trends, products, and industry standards is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities effectively.
