The Role
A State Government Agency is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a contract role until October 2025. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable tasks, including payments, reconciliations, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier payments via EFT and cheques.
  • Maintain Payments and Accounts Payable .
  • Reconcile trade invoices and ensure timely processing.
  • Assist with accounts payable forecasting and reporting.

About You

  • Experience in end-to-end accounts payable processing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage payment reconciliations and forecasting.
  • Prior experience with Oracle is highly regarded.
