We’re currently seeking Structural Engineers with a passion for high-rise, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure (health and government) buildings. If you’ve worked on major concrete building designs and have experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, RAM, and RAPT, this opportunity could be a perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver structural design solutions on a variety of high-impact building projects.
• Conduct detailed analysis, markups, calculations, and design documentation in line with Australian standards.
• Produce technical reports and support project presentations.
• Work collaboratively with architects, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Stay across industry trends and contribute to technical decision-making on projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide expert advice and recommend design solutions.
• Identify and assess potential risks in design to ensure structural safety and compliance.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3+ years of local experience in a consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of Australian design standards and construction methodology
• Proficient in structural design tools (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, RAM, RAPT)
• Previous experience with post-tensioned concrete and structural steel
• Ambitious and working toward CPEng/NER registration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Adaptable and comfortable working across varied project scopes
