Job Title: Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse - Veterans-Focused General Practice (Work From Home)

Location: Remote (Must be located in NSW and able to travel to Narrabeen area every few months for 1 day training)

Hours: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $30 - $40 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional care to veterans in a general practice setting. This full-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on the health and well-being of veterans.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to patients through the CVC program, ensuring high-quality care.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient interactions and treatments.

Use proactive skills to anticipate and meet patient needs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Work autonomously while being a supportive team player.

Requirements:

Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse qualification with current registration.

Previous experience with the DVA CVC program is highly desired.

Experience in care plan management is a plus.

Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Excellent time management to efficiently handle a diverse workload.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.

Full-time availability.
