About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team at Adelaide Specialist Urodynamic Services in Norwood SA. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our small friendly team.

This is a patient-facing role providing vital administation support to both our patients and team, ensuring smooth operations in a welcoming enviroment. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining confidentiality and demonstating empathy, all whilst working efficiently with a strong attenion to detail.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting patients upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner

Maintaining patient enquiries and appiontment bookings both in person and over the phone with attention to detail

Coordinating the flow of patients in hospital bookings, initial traing to be provided

Assisting with medical billings and claims processing, including Eclipse billing and health fund rejections

Providing general administation support to the team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role

Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in using standard office software and technologies (word, excel)

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy

What we offer

Monday to Friday (no weekend work)

The role involves 4 to 5 weekdays per week
