ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a visionary Product Director, Fuel & Decarbonisation to lead Custom Fleet’s strategy for fuel optimization and the transition to low-emission, net-zero solutions. In this role, you’ll drive innovation, reduce fuel consumption, and help clients achieve sustainability goals with scalable, future-ready alternatives. You’ll collaborate globally to deliver commercially viable, tech-driven solutions that align with our strategic roadmap and enhance the customer experience. You will make an impact through –

Developing and executing the fuel and decarbonisation strategy, integrating solutions across ICE vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and broader fleet management products and services.

Taking full ownership of the fleet decarbonisation product category P&L, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimisation, and financial performance targets are met.

Shaping the future of sustainable fleet management by identifying and leveraging emerging trends in fuel efficiency, alternative energy sources, electrification, and data-driven decision-making.

Ensuring the commercial viability and technical robustness of decarbonisation solutions, leveraging partnerships, market insights, and business intelligence to drive sustainable growth.

Collaborating with external partners, global counterparts, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric, technology-enabled solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following background and skills –

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline – Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may also be considered.

At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of success in driving product initiatives.

Proven team player who thrives in collaborative environments and fosters strong relationships to drive collective success.

Agile and flexible, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and navigate dynamic challenges with ease.

Driven and ambitious self-starter with a relentless commitment to pushing boundaries, continuously striving for improvement and excellence.

Thrives in fast-paced, uncertain situations, embracing ambiguity and finding clarity in complex challenges.
