ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a strategic Product Director, Risk Solutions to lead and shape Custom Fleet’s risk strategy in ANZ. You’ll drive innovation in insurance, claims management, and data-driven driver safety solutions, ensuring alignment with our broader business goals. Focused on enhancing risk mitigation, improving customer satisfaction, and boosting operational efficiency, you’ll deliver scalable, future-focused solutions. With P&L ownership, you’ll maximize service revenue while collaborating globally to create commercially viable, long-term impact. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, championing tech-driven, customer-centric innovation across our service model. Ready to make a lasting impact? Join us!

You will make an impact through –

Developing and executing the risk solutions strategy, with a strong focus on integrating insurance, claims management, driver safety, and fleet risk mitigation into Custom Fleet’s broader product and service ecosystem.

Owning the P&L for Risk Solutions, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimisation, and financial performance targets are met while driving long-term commercial success.

Leading the development of a scalable risk solutions roadmap that enhances fleet safety, optimizes claims outcomes, and leverages data-driven insights, emerging trends in telematics, AI-driven analytics, and regulatory changes to drive innovation, mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency and customer value.

Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled, customer-centric risk solutions, while championing data-driven decision-making through customer insights, behavioural analysis, and risk modelling to continuously refine solutions and enhance the customer experience.

Ensure commercial viability and technical excellence of risk solutions by leveraging market insights, strategic partnerships, and business intelligence to maximise service revenue and drive sustainable growth.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following background and skills –

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Technology, or a related discipline – Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may also be considered.

7+ years of experience in product management, risk solutions, insurance, claims management, fleet safety, or telematics, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and data-driven decision-making.

Proven team player who thrives in collaborative environments and fosters strong relationships to drive collective success.

Agile and flexible, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and navigate dynamic challenges with ease.

Driven and ambitious self-starter with a relentless commitment to pushing boundaries, continuously striving for improvement and excellence.

Thrives in fast-paced, uncertain situations, embracing ambiguity and finding clarity in complex challenges.
