ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager, Fleet Compliance to lead and evolve Custom Fleet’s compliance-related products and services across ANZ. In this key role, you'll manage a suite of solutions including Vehicle Registration, FBT Management, RUC Management, Infringement Management, and Toll Management, all aimed at enhancing customer experience, maximizing revenue, and ensuring operational efficiency. You’ll focus on optimizing and expanding existing features, integrating them seamlessly into our broader product ecosystem. With a strong commercial mindset and customer-centric problem-solving, you’ll collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding financial performance.
You will make an impact through –
Managing and optimising the Fleet Compliance product category, ensuring solutions meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives.
Evolving product features and service offerings based on market trends, customer feedback, and operational insights, ensuring continuous enhancement and competitiveness.
Owning the P&L for Fleet Compliance, driving revenue growth, cost optimisation, and overall financial performance.
Collaborating with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, Technology, and Finance, to ensure smooth delivery and execution of compliance services.
Working closely with external partners and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with evolving legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
Leveraging data analytics and customer insights to refine pricing models, identify process efficiencies, and enhance product value, while supporting the development and execution of go-to-market initiatives to effectively position fleet compliance services within Custom Fleet’s overall offering.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following background and skills –
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Technology, or a related discipline – Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience managing compliance-related products in the fleet, mobility, or financial services industries is highly desirable.
5+ years of experience in product management, fleet management, regulatory services, or related fields.
Proven team player who thrives in collaborative environments and fosters strong relationships to drive collective success.
Experience in conducting qualitative customer research and applying insights to drive impactful product outcomes.
Strong understanding of fleet compliance requirements, including vehicle registration, FBT management, road user charges, infringement processing, and tolling solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data insights, customer feedback, and industry trends.
