We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to join our team, working on key civil and construction projects in a community 30 minutes outside of Cairns along with various remote locations.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with local government, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Provide expert advice and guidance on project scope and execution.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

Oversee and coordinate site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Resolve operational issues and monitor project progress and quality.

About You

Diploma or higher in Project Management (essential).

Proven experience in civil and construction project management (preferred).

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience working within local government projects is an advantage.

Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
