Youth Employment Mentor - What's the job about?

At CVGT Employment, we are looking for candidates who excel in the following;

• Empower Youth: Recognise the unique challenges faced by young participants and provide tailored support.

You will be working with young people aged between 15-24, assessing possible employment barriers, understanding their individual needs and providing intensive pre-employment support to improve participants work readiness.

If you have strong emotional intelligence, resilience, work ethic and have positive problem solving skills, you are what we are looking for!
