RM Group is seeking a CNC Machinist /Machine Operator for a well-established manufacturing company based in Brisbane.

In this role you will be required to set up and run CNC machinery which include Plasma and CNC Lathe machines for metal components to be cut, machined, and prepared for Boiler makers and Sheetmetal workers to complete the manufacturing of metal assemblies.

Work for a true Australian manufacturing company who specialises in manufacturing industrial sheet metal components.

This is a permanent position paying a permanent rate of $34-$38p/h+ Super, depending on experience.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Ability to read drawings and set up/complete CNC programs.
• Experience working in a workshop environment.
• Previous experience in setting up and running CNC Machines.
• Previous experience working with HAAS machinery advantageous.
• High attention to detail required
• Must have permanent work rights in Australia
