We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time/full-time basis.

The role is to be the smiling face our patients see, and help them with appointments, payments and making sure the day runs smoothly while managing the phones and administration side of the clinic.

Our practice is a 2-chair dental clinic offering a variety of dental treatments, including implants, orthodontics, TMD, and dental care for children.

We use D4W cloud based system, knowledge of this software is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

We are looking for someone friendly to help patients with their anxiety, and answer questions and keep a happy atmosphere in the clinic! We are a paperless clinic so being able to use a computer is a must.

If you have dental reception experience this role would also suit a dental nurse who wants to move more into a reception role as well. we are looking for someone committed, hard working, enjoys customer service and being in the healthcare industry.
