Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator looking for a change of pace in a supportive, rural community?

Lake Grace Early Learning Centre is a family-run, 19-place long day care centre located in th Wheatbelt town of Lake Grace—just 3.5 hours southeast of Perth. We are seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our small, dedicated team on a permanent, full-time basis starting early May.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team

Ensure compliance with the EYLF, NQS and NQF frameworks

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

A current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Training

A valid Child Protection Certificate

Prior experience working with children under school age

Strong communication and organisational skills

A genuine passion for children’s care and education
