ALL of our educators receive support from our out-of-ratio Educational Leader. Tracey our owner/operator has 30 years experience in the sector and is always on hand to provide guidance too. Tracey believes in the value of her team and rightfully pays 5% above award in addition to the Workers Retention Allowance, Christmas bonuses and staff events throughout the year.

Diploma qualified or working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Certificate 3 - casuals required

A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
