✅ Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term trust and loyalty
Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, repairs, and maintenance options
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs
Efficiently schedule service appointments, balancing workload and department efficiency
Keep customers informed with timely updates and professional follow-up
Proactively identify and recommend additional service opportunities based on vehicle history and inspections

Prior experience in a similar Service Advisor role (Toyota experience highly regarded)
Strong automotive knowledge and customer-first communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and exceeding expectations
Professionalism, attention to detail, and a drive to achieve results
