Equine Assisted Therapy Australia is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Student Recruitment, Sales, and Marketing role.

About Us
Equine Assisted Therapy Australia is a registered training organisation (RTO) delivering government-accredited training in counselling and animal-assisted services. Our programs are grounded in experiential, hands-on learning and a client-centred approach, supporting individuals to make a meaningful impact in mental health and well-being.

About the Role
In this diverse role, you will:

Promote our courses and programs to prospective students.

Handle enquiries and guide potential students through the enrolment process.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand awareness of our offerings and nurture leads

Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates, with onsite content creation 1 day per month.

Nurture and manage prospective student leads in Hubspot

Build relationships with industry networks and partners to support recruitment efforts.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (RTO experience highly desirable).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Creativity and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Hubspot, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Loomly, Acuity

Passion for mental health, education, and animal-assisted services.

Experience working with or around horses is highly desired.

Availability to attend onsite 1 day per month for content creation (e.g., photography, videography).
