Your normal day will involve:

• Gaining knowledge through hands-on training about new product lines at international headquarters.
• Assisting in product line development by providing insights into technical specifications and improvements.
• Liaising with relevant parties on ongoing projects to diagnose issues.
• Writing reports and forecasting improvements from client insights.
• Other duties as assigned by managers.
