Are you ready to walk alongside young people and advocate for the support they deserve?
Junction Support Services is looking for a passionate Case Manager โ€“ Residential Care to join our Education for Children in Care (ESCC) Services team. This part-time role (0.4 FTE โ€“ 30 hours per fortnight) is based across Sale and Bairnsdale, with flexible hours between Monday and Friday.

Youโ€™ll be working with children and young people in Protective or Leaving Care, developing individualised plans, coordinating services, and supporting them to grow, learn and thrive. Youโ€™ll also collaborate with Child Protection, Therapeutic Specialists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic, trauma-informed approach to care.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who understands the complexities of working with vulnerable young people and wants to create meaningful, lasting change.

What weโ€™re looking for:

๐Ÿ”น Degree in Social Work or relevant field
๐Ÿ”น Experience supporting high-risk young people with complex needs
๐Ÿ”น Strong communication, assessment, and planning skills
๐Ÿ”น Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully in care teams

๐Ÿ“ Based across Sale & Bairnsdale | 0.4FTE (30 hrs per fortnight)
