About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fencing Installer and Leading Hand to lead and execute fencing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fence installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires hands-on experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Install various types of fences (timber, metal, vinyl, etc.) according to project specifications and customer requirements.
  * Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  * Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and durability of installations meet company and industry standards.
  * Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  * Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and procedures on-site.
  * Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide effective solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fencing installation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  * Proficient in using fencing tools and equipment; strong understanding of various fencing materials and techniques.
  * Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
  * A valid driver's license is required.
