About the role:
You will support the end-to-end revenue function across Bolton Clarke’s Australia wide In-Home Support businesses, and
- Prepare and process At Home Support billings
- Process cheque payments and EDI/EFT payments
- Process receipts.
- Process direct debits
- Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis as required
- Manage complaints and grievances in a timely manner
- Undertake reporting activities together with other relevant documentation within the scope of your role
- Participate in business planning processes and policy and procedure formulation and improvement within your area of responsibility.
- Assist the team leader in driving the complete billing and statement processing functions ensuring all billing and statements are delivered accurately and on time.
About you:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role for a large multi-site organisation
- Demonstrated experience in account management functions and ability to manage large volumes of financial data for a growing organisation working with multiple ledgers.
- Experience in end-or-month financial processes
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience with a computerised financial accounting system including fast accurate keyboard skills and preferably advanced spread sheeting skills
- Aged care industry experience would be well regarded.
