About the role:
You will support the end-to-end revenue function across Bolton Clarke’s Australia wide In-Home Support businesses, and

• Assist in driving the transactions processing functions ensuring all packaged care transactional processing is completed accurately and on time
• Ensure that all subsidy detail changes are reflected within the care systems and ensure that all funding reconciliations are prepared and followed up in a timely manner.
• Ensure the client admission process is completing in a timely manner, ensuring that all appropriate funding requirements are met
• Ensure the client departure process is completed in a timely manner whilst confirming that legislative requirements are met. This includes calculation of unspent funds.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the finance system.
• Provide support for the internal audit and external audit functions as required.
• Support the Finance team to achieve agreed reporting deadlines by ensuring the timely completion of all processes and reconciliations.
• Provide support as required to the business as subject matter expert, including as part of system upgrades.
• Undertake other tasks and projects as required within scope of the role

About you:

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in aged care funding legislation would be advantageous.
