About the Role

As a Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to attract and engage prospective students, enhance brand visibility, and support the Institute’s strategic goals. You will be liaising with and reporting to the company CEO. Your duties and responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.

· Analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI

· Manage the creation of engaging content for web, email, social media, and print

· Collaborate with academic staff and leadership to promote courses, events, and student success stories

· Support lead generation, student recruitment, and event coordination

· Maintain brand consistency across all channels

About You

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

· Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar marketing role

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Creative, proactive, and highly organised

· Experience in the education industry is desirable, but not essential

What We Offer

· Full-time position based in our Newcastle campus

· Annual salary of AUD $74,000 + superannuation
