What You’ll be Doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Gather and analyse data on customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities in the IT management solutions for businesses and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

• Developing messaging that emphasizes the platform’s ability to simplify complex IT processes and promoting the platform as a cloud-native solution that is essential for modern businesses.

• Provide strategic marketing advice to build and implement marketing communications and campaigns in line with business needs.

• Evaluate and analyse data to ensure the effectiveness and optimisation of marketing communications activities and projects including suggesting and implementing improvements.

• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop pricing strategies that reflect market demand and company goals.

• Conduct in-depth research to identify new market trends, customer preferences, emerging needs, and potential opportunities for existing products or services.

• Other duties as needed.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field is required

• Strong understanding and application of strategic marketing principles within specific contexts

• Demonstrated understanding of a variety of marketing platforms, including digital marketing

• Ability to create, implement, and review effective marketing plans

• Creative thinker in a process-oriented environment

• Proficient in gathering and analysing data to inform marketing strategies

• Skilled in managing collaborative relationships with stakeholders

• Service-oriented and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
