We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a long-standing IT program within the defence sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in Agile environments, leads with confidence, and has strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile project delivery and Scrum ceremonies

Support and guide cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

Maintain and refine Product Backlog Items (PBIs) in Azure DevOps Boards

Track and update issues, risks, and dependencies

Prepare documentation and project updates

Facilitate meetings and maintain strong relationships with Business Owners and other key Stakeholders

Provide ongoing support to the Product Owner

About You:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master on complex IT projects

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks

Skilled in Azure DevOps or similar tools

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across a diverse range of business and technical stakeholders

Confident communicator and team leader

Detail-oriented with excellent facilitation and organisational skills

Due to the nature of this role, Australian Citizenship and a current Baseline Security Clearance are mandatory.
