• Sydney based role, 3 days remote work
• Seeking a Scrum Master, and two Data Scrum Masters
• 6 month contract to start, possibility of extensions

You will drive Agile delivery across the digitisation project, ensuring the smooth execution of sprints and team collaboration. The senior will lead multiple Agile teams in delivering key digital banking solutions.

What our client can offer:
A major name in their industry, our client is looking for new contractors including a Scrum Master, and two Data Scrum Masters. They are offering a great contract opportunity with potential for extensions.

These are full time contract roles, for 6 months initially, based in Sydney.

What you will do:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Remove blockers and support continuous improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure Agile best practices.
• Oversee multiple Agile teams and ensure delivery alignment.
• Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Senior level experience - at least 5-7 years.
• Experience leading Agile teams in banking technology projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing complex Agile projects in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills.
• Australian working rights and willingness to attend Sydney-based client sites as needed.
• Based in Sydney or willing to relocate / work onsite twice a week.
